As a result of internal promotion Dairy Crest wish to recruit an outstanding CMC who will take control of a team of Customer Marketing Managers and take responsibility for shaping / implementing the Category Business vision.

Candidates should already be at Category Controller, Team Leader level with a track record of profitable Category growth gained within a Top 4 Grocery Multiple Retailer or a leading FMCG Branded or Retailer Branded Manufacturing business.

Additionally, you have developed a natural flair for shaping category vision and strategy together with outstanding influencing skills up to Board level, which you deliver with real passion and energy focused on achieving business growth.

Experience of working in Sales would also be of benefit prior to spending the last 3-4 years in a Customer Marketing or Category Management leadership role.

The role reports to the Sales & Marketing Director.

The position offers a Highly Competitive package including relocation package.
